Smoked Salmon Butter

6 servings

8 oz smoked salmon, chopped
1/4 c unsalted butter, room temp
2 oz cream cheese, room temp
3 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tbsp chopped shallot
1 tbsp chopped fresh tarragon
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

Blend all ingredients - season with salt and pepper. Can make 1 day ahead. Bring to room temp before serving.
