Honey Ginger Lime Fruit Salad
Combine 1 tbsp lime juice (preferably fresh), 1.5 tbsp honey, and 1/4 tsp minced (peeled) fresh ginger.
2 c peeled peaches, sliced
1 c blueberries
1 c grapes (green preferably), halved
Add juice over fruit. Chill at least an hour.
