serves 4-6
1/3 c nonfat greek yogurt
1 tsp orange zest
3 tbsp oj
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 pepper
Add 2-3 cooked grain (quinoa, bulgur, couscous), toss to coat.
Fold in 2 medium grated carrots, 1/2 c golden raisins and 1/2 cup cilantro
