3 c flour
1.5 c salt
2 tbspn cream of tartar
3 tbspn veg oil
3 c water (add food coloring)

Mix in large pot. Cook on low heat, stirring constantly. From ball. Remove from heat. Cool and knead. Store in Ziplock or airtight container.
